Adding Signatures To Email Replies & Manual Emails

STEP 1: Log in to your Vintory CRM account

Switch to an Account  

(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)

  • Choose a partner where you want to add the contact/s.

STEP 2: Go to SETTINGS and select Team Management

STEP 3: Choose any contact and click Edit

STEP 4: Select User Info. Look for the Email signature section and select which one to enable

  • Enable signature on all outgoing messages – this is for the messages that you’re doing manually
  • Include this signature before quoted text in replies – if you’re replying to an email, it reinsert the signature

STEP 5: Once you’ve enable the Email Signature, scroll down and hit Save
