Choosing Your Landing Page and Landing Page Elements

STEP 1: Log in to your Vintory CRM account

Switch to an Account

(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)

  • Choose a partner where you want to add the contact/s.

STEP 2: In the sidebar menu, go to Sites

STEP 3: Go to Websites. Below are all the different templates that you have access to and these are specific to different types of vacation rental areas.

STEP 4: Click any of the templates to see the content. There are two different templates – the main page and the Thank You page. In the main page, this is where all of our lead generation is going to go. While Thank You page is more of tracking – when someone fills out a form submission, they go to that page.

STEP 5: Click “Edit Page” and it will show the landing page elements

HEADER

we have the main navigation header and you can put your main logo here. This is important because we like to give your owners access to your other property management site so that they can get an idea of your brand and your message and what you stand for on all of your marketing.

FORMS

When you click into a landing page, you will see it when you first pop into the website and it doesn’t require you to scroll down to see everything. We want your lead to see everything that represents your company.

USP or Unique Selling Points

These are points or unique selling reasons that someone would want to join your property management company.

OWNER TESTIMONIALS

These are also a key piece of landing pages. You’ll be able to see the number one thing that owners want to see and how other owners are being treated. If you can get a really nice owner testimonial and put that in your landing page, it will really help as well.

CALL TO ACTION BUTTONS

If you click on “Schedule a Meeting with ….”, it’s going to take you to the meeting schedule or link.

CONTACT INFORMATION

It’s important to have your contact information about your company. Also, add the phone numbers from the campaign numbers that was created within the platform so that all of the lead generation will go straight right back into the platform.
