STEP 1: Log in to Vintory CRM

Switch to an Account  

(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)

• Make sure you are in Agency View.

STEP 2: Go to Settings in the Agency View

STEP 3: Go to Snapshots and click Create New Snapshot

STEP 4: Name your snapshot in the Snapshot name field. Choose which account you want to base your snapshot of using the dropdown in the Account field and click Save
