Creating Campaign Phone Number
STEP 1: Log in to your Vintory CRM account
Switch to an Account
(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)
- Choose an account.
STEP 2: Settings
(On the bottom part of the Dashboard go to Settings)
STEP 3: Go to Phone Number Tab
STEP 4: Add a Phone Number
Add the Area Code
Choose a Phone Number then hit SAVE.
Edit the newly created Phone Number (Pencil Icon)
Fill in the needed information and hit ‘Update’.
NUMBER NAME (Campaign name that it is for)
FORWARD CALLS TO (The BD’s number)
WHISPER MESSAGE (Add a whisper message)
CALL RECORDING (Add a call recording)
INCOMING and OUTBOUND CALL TIMEOUT
(Input your desired Incoming and Outbound Call Timeout. The recommended is 60 seconds.)
You can now use that number for tracking purposes.
