Sending Email from Conversation Tab

STEP 1: Log in to  VINTORY CRM

Switch to an Account

(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)

  • Choose an account.

STEP 2: On the Dashboard, click on the CONVERSATION TAB

STEP 3: Select any of the three (UNREAD, RECENT, ALL)

  • You can only send an email to a person you’ve already had started a conversation with and that person also needs to have an email address on his contact.

STEP 4: Choose a person you want to send an EMAIL

  • Click the EMAIL tab right next to the SMS tab.
