STEP 1: Log in to your Vintory CRM account

STEP 2: On the Dashboard, click on the CONVERSATION TAB

STEP 3: Select Create New Message

Click the small pencil icon on the top right corner of the ‘Messages’ side.

• Fill in the necessary information of the person you want to send the text message to.

• Customer Name (Input the name of the customer you want to send the text message to.)
• Customer phone (Input the phone number of the customer you want to send the text message to.)
• Select A Template (You need to create a Template to be able to use this. Click here to know more) or
• Enter A Message (Input your message here.)
• Hit Send Message

• Once a conversation has been started, you can now continue sending messages using the field below.
