Setting and Sending Review Requests

STEP 1: Log in to your Vintory CRM account

Switch to an Account  

(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)

  • Choose a partner where you want to add the contact/s.

STEP 2: In the sidebar menu, go to Settings then Reputation Management

STEP 2: In Reputation Management, click Generate Link. Make sure that your Google My Business is linked before going through this step. The link will be coming from your Google My Business. Once a review is submitted, it will go straight to leaving a review on your Google My Business

STEP 3: When the review request button is clicked, we can send review request immediately once, or we can follow a custom schedule for review requests

STEP 4: You can customize the review link depending on your preference. You can customize SMS review, Email review and Widget review

STEP 5: After customizing, you can click the Send Review Request button located at the top right side of the page. A pop up will appear and you just need to fill out the information needed. Then, click the Send a Review Invite
