Stop on Response – Campaign Configurations

Note: The purpose of the “Stop on response” configuration is, if a Lead will respond to any of the events from your campaign, it automatically stops all subsequent events from sending. For example, if a Lead responded to a SMS, the following event will stop since a Lead already acknowledged your campaign.

STEP 1: Log in to your Vintory CRM account

Switch to an Account  

(Drop down menu on the upper left corner of the screen)

STEP 2: Go to sidebar and click Automation

STEP 3: Go to Campaigns and select one of your campaigns

 

STEP 4: After selecting a campaign, click Campaign Configuration

STEP 5: Scroll down to check on “Stop on response”
