Current Tides’ acquisition of Three Palms Vacation Rentals includes over 34 short term rental management contracts, management of two Homeowners Associations and the purchase of their office location. Current Tides brings a wealth of yield and channel management, housekeeping and maintenance expertise and a track record of developing deep relationships with their homeowners, team and community partners.
